Bei altersbeschränkten Artikeln an der SCO erhalten Mitarbeitende ein haptisches Feedback und können Einkäufe direkt aus der Ferne über die Mitarbeiterapp freigeben. Eingreifen ist nur dann erforderlich, wenn es notwendig ist.

Der integrierte Algorithmus zur Verlustvermeidung markiert nur Warenkörbe mit hohem Risiko. Dies erfolgt auf der Grundlage von verhaltens- und filialspezifischen Daten.
