Optional spot checks
Employees are guided through quick and intuitive spot checks right from the app, viewing removed items, age-restricted products and theft-protected goods. A guided workflow ensures efficient re-scanning - the average spot check takes 38 seconds. The integrated loss prevention algorithm only flags high-risk baskets based on behavioral and store-specific data, resulting in fewer spot checks with higher hit rates.
