The collaboration combines shopreme’s proven Self-Checkout technology with Hanshow’s intelligent tablet hardware to deliver a powerful Smart Cart solution equipped with advanced AI loss prevention.

Within the solution, Hanshow provides a consumer-centric, in-cart digital platform built on a stable and scalable intelligent tablet. By integrating AI vision, edge computing, and Hanshow’s proprietary HiLPC low-power wireless communication protocol, the Smart Cart is designed to operate reliably in complex, high-density retail environments, enabling continuous, real-time performance without requiring new carts or major infrastructure changes.

Built-in AI Loss Prevention

The solution features advanced, AI-powered loss prevention technologies: shopreme’s AI-powered, four-layered loss prevention software, sentry, runs in the background in real-time. When combined with Hanshow’s intelligent tablet, designed as an in-cart sensing platform and equipped with three strategically positioned cameras, the Smart Cart can accurately detect whether an item has been scanned. This functionality is fully GDPR-compliant and operates without recording or identifying individuals.
